Longhorn Steakhouse restaurant have people visit their restaurants weekly, as secret shoppers, to evaluate the quality of the food, service and overall dining experience.
Our company, Focus on Service LLC, runs the secret shopper program to evaluate the service and food at these Restaurants.
We are looking for people (ages 18 and over) to visit these restaurants and report back to us on their experience. You will be required to fill out a simple online survey about the food and service you have received at the restaurant.

If you are selected to complete a shop for either Lunch or Dinner for Focus on Service, you will be contacted by one of our schedulers prior to your visit to a restaurant in your vicinity. You will be scheduled to make your visit during a specific week. After you have completed your visit, you will go to our web site to fill out an online survey with questions about the food and service you received. It's as simple as that!
